Credit Karma

Credit Karma helped me understand how the projects I worked on fit into the context of a larger company. On the iOS team we shipped code to over a million monthly users which helped me learn to deliver code written to the strict standards we developed while maintaining a rapid release cycle using Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

While at Credit Karma I automated UI tests, reducing the QA release cycle by upwards of 50%, by automating repetitive hands-on UI testing on existing features; developed core architecture necessary for migration to Swift, namely the data source architecture for UITableViews and UICollectionViews; features such as the score history graph and credit card and personal loan marketplaces still visible in the app today; as well as worked on bugs, UI fixes, and participated in helping to direct the future development of the application as we migrated more of the newer features to Swift.
